💕 Refunds & Returns

We’re so happy you’re here – and we want you to love everything you order! If something’s not quite right, don’t worry – we’ve got you.

💌 Changed your mind?

No problem! You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Just pop us an email at  hello@cloudandcrayon.com before sending anything back – we’ll provide return instructions.

To be returnable, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the packaging they arrived in.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:

• Digital downloads

• Custom or personalised items

• Items marked as final sale

💳 Refunds

Once your return is safely back with us and checked over, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes around 5–7 working days. Please note, only the cost of the product will be refunded.

🔁 Need an exchange?

If your item arrived damaged or something went wrong, we’re here to make it right. Please email us a photo of the issue at hello@cloudandcrayon.com, and we’ll sort a replacement ASAP.

📮 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We always recommend using tracked delivery so your return doesn’t go walkies.
